As an Xpress Tire & Auto Service Dealer,
you will receive a marketing cooperative rebate to
be earned on eligible purchases. Each Affiliate
Dealer will be billed at the end of each month for
the up-coming month's contribution. The Affiliate
Dealer's eligible units purchased in a given month
will be netted against the Affiliate Dealer Annual
Minimum Unit requirement and rebated accordingly.
The Affiliate Group can vote to raise the monthly
contribution at any time with a majority vote needed
to make a change.
The Affiliate Group meets quarterly to review
performance, set quarterly advertising plans, handle
issues, and to brainstorm new ideas. All Affiliate
Dealers are committee members but only those in
attendance are eligible to vote on next quarter's
advertising activities.
